June 30th, 2009 at 9:01 pmwell, sure. part of bi-polar disorder is the depression phase (manic phase being the other one), and OCD is a type of anxiety disorder. so it is very possible to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder and OCD at the same time. Please do not self-diagnose though. thats what doctors are for. I have struggled with mental health issues and know it is not easy. the best thing you can do is make an appointment to see your general doctor, who will refer you to some doctors and/ or therapists that are great at what they do. please dont worry, it will get easier.
