Nope. MRI is structual not functional. If you want to see differences between a clinically depressed brain and a healthy you would need an fMRI (functional MRI) that measures differences in METABOLISM not structure/anatomy. You can see variations in a whole host of psych disorders but they aren’t diagnostic by any means.
