I was engaged to a man that was exactly like that. The sex was amazing but usually followed by an unprovoked blow-up and him storming off and me wondering what I did wrong! He refused to take his medication, so I refused to marry him. Have her talk to her psychiatrist or personal physician. I wish you the best of patience. She should be taking medication.
